Perot Systems Corporation is a worldwide provider of information technology services and business solutions to a broad range of clients. We are currently looking for Junior Enlisted Military Veterans with less than 10 years military experience who have been out no long than 36 months to join our team.


Perot Systems has begun work on an initiative aimed at hiring individuals with previous military service at the E5 level and below. Our goal is to develop high performing entry level associates for the Perot Systems Healthcare division by empowering them with the skills necessary to quickly begin making an impact in our company.


Health Care Academy:
Associates will learn from over 26 SMEs involving: Lecture and team research / exercises, extensive presentation experience, OPAS I & ITIL Foundations certification, on the job training at one of our client accounts, extensive mentoring and much more.

Job Responsibilities:
To support our Culture of Excellence, we expect a strong work ethic and commitment to the job. We are seeking self-starters with the desire to begin a career in an entry-level Analyst role.
The Business Analysts will be assigned to a specific client/project where they will be responsible for one or more of the following: Application Support, Infrastructure Support, Revenue Cycle Support, Consulting or Project Coordination.

Our Ideal Candidate will have:
2+ years of military experience in a non-commissioned officer role; level E5 and below
Strong IT knowledge
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Good customer facing skills with the ability to listen
Organizational skills
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Proven military track record of success and strong work ethic
Desire to work in healthcare field

Desired Skills:
Bachelor degree in computer or healthcare related field or equivalent industry work experience
Bachelor degree in general business, finance or equivalent industry work experience for
Revenue Cycle Support roles

Minimum Educational Requirements:
Military Healthcare (Corpsman/Medics) or Technical related training and experience.

Travel/Relocation:
Must be open to travel and relocation as needed
All associates are required to attend 8 weeks of paid training at our corporate office in Plano, Texas (Dallas area). Travel expenses and hotel costs for non-local candidates will be paid for by the company during this time. Local candidates are responsible for their own accommodations.
