Job Title: Manager (Specialist) & Technical Lead - TIBCO

Job Summary
The Manager, Technology provides technical leadership throughout the lifecycle of a project, with specific focus on Content Management Solutions. This role is responsible for guiding the design, user interface, and technology integration of projects and interfacing with client technology and management teams.

Key Responsibilities include:

Should have experience with following Tibco Products
Tibco ActiveMatrix (preferred)
TIBCO Business Works 5.1, 5.2
TIBCO Business Connect 3.6
IBCO InConcert 7.0 Enterprise Workflow
TIBCO Business Works collaborator 5.2
Strong understanding and hands on experience with Java/J2EE technologies.

Job Requirements:
Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in enterprise architecture, systems integration, package implementation, and/or interactive design, and Architecture experience;
Prior experience in a consulting firm preferred.
Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage client accounts and multi-track Sapient teams.
Understanding of the project life cycle process to effectively be able to manage a sub-team through the complexities of the business solution.
Proven mentoring and coaching abilities to ensure effective growth plans of technology members of Sapient teams.
Experience providing a vision to the total solution, managing a track of work and defining a comprehensive solution leading toward a common vision
Full Life Cycle Experience.
Frequent travel is required


Business Skills and Experience
Proven leadership and managerial skills to independently manage teams, during multiple phases of the project lifecycle
Strong skills to effectively interface with client executives and multi-task Sapient teams
Demonstrated consulting skills, including client relationships and team facilitation
Well-developed organizational and interpersonal communications skills
General understanding of the business environment, models and motivations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, such as meeting facilitation, presentation and documentation
Good business analysis/redesign skills with architecture and implementation experience
Requirements analysis, conceptual, logical and detailed design skills
Configuration planning, testing, change management and support experience
Project management with complex projects and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Prior experience in a consulting firm preferred
