We are currently looking for Senior Developers & Architects – ATG/Ecommerce(Fulltime).

We are looking to hire all across the US; however candidate must be open to travel.

About Sapient’s ECommerce Practice

Sapient’s ECommerce practice helps our clients maximize on-line merchandise and product/service sales through better design, packaging, pricing, display, selection, service, order fulfillment and personalization. Our teams combine expertise in the major commerce technologies with deep business knowledge and brand, marketing and merchandising competencies.

Primary Responsibilities:
Deep understanding of OO design
Drive mid-level planning exercises with engineers
Anticipate issues and risks at the module level and escalate appropriately
Write bug-free code.
Collaborate with senior-level leadership from the Digital Commerce practice to understand, plan and implement R&D efforts

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required and degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
5+ years in systems integration and development, package implementation, and/or interactive design.
Knowledge of multiple technologies including but not limited to Java, J2EE, CGI, HTML, DHTML, XML, JavaScript, Java, PL/SQL

Must have:
2+ years of practical ATG Commerce Server implementation experience
Understanding of the Digital Commerce technology space
Other broad-based technology experience
Expertise in any of the following ATG components would be a plus:
Merchandising (BCC & ACC)
Search
Content Administration
Customer Intelligence
Data Anywhere
Campaign Optimizer
Commerce Service Center
