Business Analyst Opportunities – Asset Management/ Institutional Lending in Boston, MA

Genesis10 currently has numerous long-term consulting opportunities for Senior Business Analysts with Asset Management or Institutional Lending experience. Current opportunities include working on large-scale technical and/or business focused projects. These roles can be located in Minneapolis, Boston or New York. Projects are typically 9+ months in duration and there are opportunities to work with Genesis10 on an hourly W2 or Independent Contractor basis. Experience: Required Skills/Experience:
-5+ years Business Analysis experience.
-2+ years of Asset Management or Institutional Lending experience.
-Experience gathering, documenting, and analyzing requirements.
-Experience facilitating requirements sessions.
-Experience acting as a liaison between business and technology.
-Experience in large, corporate environments.
-Ability to partner with PM in creating and driving requirement strategies and timelines
-Develop issue or risk assessment and options for resolution.
-Collaborate and negotiate to define project scope boundaries.
-Conduct interviews and/or JAD sessions to define, document, and prioritize business requirements. Develop or refine business processes and process flow diagrams.
-Develop Acceptance plan and test conditions, and perform testing function.
-Provide effective communication on project status and progress.
-Overall management and documentation of issues/risks and resolution.
-Ability to bring structure to the requirements process.
-Ability to work in an ambiguous environment.
-Ability to work with a date driven effort.
-Create Process Model, Use Cases, and Business Rules
-Must be able to work in Minneapolis, Boston or New York

Desired Skills/Experience:
- Experience working on projects involving Data Warehousing or Business Intelligence
- Reporting
- Prefer previous consulting experience
- Experience working in formal project environments including experience with various tools or methodologies (Six Sigma/Rational / RUP, Agile / SCRUM, DOORS, RequisitePro, MS Project, etc.)
