A major client in Boston, Massachusetts is seeking 2 Help Desk Analysts to work nights and weekend days to augment existing IT Support in their Support Centers.

Shifts:
Nights (4pm-midnight)
Weekend Days (mix between 9am-9pm Saturday and Sunday)

Work Location:
60 State Street
Boston, MA 02109 Experience: Required Experience/Skills:

- Experience in Wireless XP, Cisco VPN, Citrix ICA Client Access.

Desired Experience/Skills:

- Use of iPass or another global dialer is a huge plus.
