Network Administrator / Help Desk in Boston, MA

Network Administrator / Help Desk Professional

? Research and resolve technical issues while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

? Support team members by resolving end-user and other technical issues as needed.

? Participate in helpdesk schedule rotation.

? Provide systems administration, services monitoring, and security maintenance for IT infrastructure.

? Build, maintain, troubleshoot, and proactively support LAN and WAN services as required.

? Prepare the technical documentation for all changes to network topologies and overall networking environment.

? Participate in projects and recommend software and hardware solutions.

? BS/BA degree, preferably in Information Technology and at least 3 years related experience.

? Strong knowledge in technologies that includes but are not limited to: TCP/IP, Wireless services, telephony/Avaya PBXs, Cisco firewall and routers, RAS, VPN, VLANs, Windows 2000/2003 services, IIS, ISA, SMS2003, McAfee, Veritas, MSOffice suite, Exchange2000/2003 technologies, Sharepoint services, and other outsourced services maintenance.
