Consulting Experience: Minimum 5-8 years experience in software development environment. Minimum of 5 years experience with Microsoft technologies building web based solutions including: ASP, ASP.Net, VB6, VB.Net, SQL 2000/2005, C#, XML, Access Strong communication skills. Experience working directly with end-users. Well-organized and self-directed individual comfortable working independently as well as with and on a team. Excellent analytic problem-solving, critical-thinking skills. Excellent time management skills. Strong oral and written communication skills. Knowledge of SAP beneficial Knowledge of any of the following technologies is a plus: Oracle, Oracle Express, Early versions of VB, Clipper or Powerbuilder.
