A global consulting firm is undergoing a national expansion and has a variety of permanent SAP employment opportunities from Sr. Consultant through Associate Partner. SAP Compensation Leaders - ECM Module In this leadership role you are responsible for successful delivery of HR technology/process deliverables, particularly in the SAP HR Enterprise Compensation Module. This includes assisting clients in the selection, planning, fit analysis, configuration, testing, rollout, and post-implementation support of large-scale SAP HR solutions. You will also be involved in improving operational metrics and business case. Provide functional knowledge and manage client relationships. You will be providing hands-on leadership and mentoring throughout all project phases to a team of consultants, consisting of consultants, subcontractors, remote global resources, and client employees. We will start your training toward Partner by providing opportunities for direct involvement in qualifying and pursuing sales opportunities. Experience: Here is a summary of what you must have to be considered. Please review carefully and submit your confidential resume if you meet the following criteria · Minimum 5 yrs. SAP HR configuration and project lead experience on large and complex projects within the past 7 yrs · Substantial experience in configuring and implementing the SAP Enterprise Compensation Module · Prior employment in a consulting firm with consulting responsibilities · Project management experience on successful, full life-cycle SAP HCM version 4.6+ work streams or engagements · Capable of assisting clients in the selection, planning, fit analysis, configuration, testing, rollout, and post-implementation support of large-scale SAP HR solutions · Background in improving operational metrics and building business case · Able to provide hands-on leadership and mentoring throughout all project phases to a team of consultants, consisting of consultants, subcontractors, remote global resources, and client employees. · Authorized to work in the US - H1B is also available As mentioned above you can reside in any major US city as long as you live within a reasonable commuting distance (generally 50 miles) of a major airport.
