Citrix Team Lead in Boston, MA

The Citrix Support Team Lead is is responsible for the day-to-day activities of the Citrix Team. Responsible for all resources assigned to the project, developing and maintaining all project plans, managing the project budget and conducting first-line quality reviews of all project deliverables. In addition the Citrix Team Lead is also responsible for maintaining all project deliverables as defined in the project communication plan such as issue and change control activities and regularly scheduled status reports. The Ajilon Consulting Citrix Team Lead is responsible for the following duties:



. Performing Quality Management activities;

. Preparing project work plans;

. Managing the day-to-day activities of the Ajilon Consulting project team to ensure completion of project work assignments within time and budget constraints;

. Addressing and resolving all issues regarding the Citrix Solution;

. Conducting Monthly Reviews with customer

. Collecting monthly reports and dash boards;

. Resolving architecture issues with the Citrix environment;

. Maintaining a relationship with Citrix;

. Maintaining a relationship with server vendors;

. Managing upgrades, patches, software updates and OS changes

. Managing required hardware support;

. Refreshing the strategy and vision for the Citrix environment within the customer;

. Developing yearly budgets and forecasts in collaboration with the customer.






Experience: 7 years of experience with Citrix.
