Help Desk Analyst I in Boston, MA

Small private IT Services company based in Boston area is looking for 2 entry to mid level Tech Support individuals with great customer service skills to join their team. Candidates should have 2-3 years experience in a tech support role and be very comfortable working primarily over the phone and through emails. The main responsibilities will be acting as the first line of support responding to issues with client emails and providing expert customer service. Experience: * 2+ years tech support experience required.
* General knowledge of the domain name system (DNS)
* In depth knowledge of email flow and simple mail transfer protocol (SMTP) preferred.
