Our client, a major University in the Boston area is seeking 2 Tier 2 Help Desk consultants to assist with phone coverage during the busy times surrounding the upcoming holiday. Both consultants will be need for a 2 week project beginning December 7th.

Minimum of 2+ years experience working in a Help Desk environment.
