The successful technical support specialist will join a small team and focus on providing top notch customer service as software, hardware, and networking support issues are resolved.

Experience: * 1-2 years minimum professional Help Desk Support experience.
* Outstanding communication skills (both verbal and written).
* Hardware/ Software support experience.
