One of the most respected non-profit organizations in Boston needs a solid Help Desk Speciality to join their full time, permanent staff. This is an ideal role for someone who has at least 1 full year of Help Desk experience and wants to work with a group of people who share enthusiasm for what they do.

The successful Help Desk Support Specialist will support 300+ users across 7 locations mainly in the Northeast. No travel required. Must be friendly and have a sincere interest to provide the best customer service with each call. Great benefits: paid vacation, health plan coverage, sick days, paid holidays.
