General Establishes and supports accounts on an ongoing basis. Responsible for managing Book of Business Setup/Analysis, Inventory Management,and Order Process Coordination. Communicates with the customer at the Form Owner
level or above to the customers satisfaction. Ensures process compliance.Book of Business Setup and Analysis Sets up new items and maintains existing items. Identifies and communicates opportunities for consolidations and/or new documents.Inventory Management Manages entire reorder notice process with appropriate form owner(s). Monitors customer inventory.Order Process Coordination Coordinates order placement with CCRs in the center. Manages customer requests for quotes, designs, and any special projects.Other Responsible for asset management within their assignment (A/R, Storage, Invoicing
etc.) and any customer communication this implies. Coordinates pricing database
with the customer. Responsible for contract reporting (PPR) for reorder business
