Perot Systems Corporation is a worldwide provider of information technology services and business solutions to a broad range of clients. It is currently looking for a Deskside Support Analyst to join our team in Boston MA.

Job Responsibilities:
This position requires the ability to provide customer-focused technical support for internal customers, while minimizing business impact. This position strives to provide responsive customer support, a high availability and a secure, stable PC environment while supplying cost-effective technology solutions.
Required Skills:
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Windows based operating systems (XP and 2000)
Solid knowledge of PC Hardware and Peripherals
Good working knowledge of common Microsoft Office desktop applications
Desired Skills:
Understanding of desktop security methodology.
Understanding of Active Directory
Some experience with Citrix based solutions
Understanding of network topologies
Ability to work under minimum supervision.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Customer focused and good interpersonal skills
Minimum Educational Requirements:
Graduation from Technical School
High School Diploma
Minimum Certifications or Other Professional Credentials:
MCP
