HP Openview Admin in Boston, MA

1. Responsible for day to day maintenance of the hp open view implementation.2. Responsible for periodic maintenance tasks for hp open view such as software updates and patching3. Designs and deploys new service management functionality as a complete integrated unit (views, thresholds, reports, login, and security).4. Implements event correlation and other custom scripting required delivering effective clutter free notifications5. Responsible for all upgrades and enhancements to the HP/Openview environment.6. Responsible for implementing any customization enhancements required to insure all availability failures are identified and produce appropriate status changes and alarms7. Experience: Bachelor's Degree preferred4+ years experience in production operations with large scale environments (500+ nodes)2 years experience in implementation of HP Openview Operations, NNM, Service Navigator, Reporter, OVIS, OVTA and other HP monitoring tools2 years experience in a scripting language such as Perl, Automated at least 3 production process using scripts
