IT Help Desk Support Specialist in BOSTON, MA

One of our clients, a leader in the Energy industry is seeking to hire a IT Help Desk Support Specialist for a contract to hire position. In this role the ideal candidate will be on a team of 4 responsible for supporting 100 users (covering 3 offices).

To be considered you must have 3+ years of experience in the IT field specifically Help Desk and Desktop Support.

Responsible for the following:
- First tier troubleshooting support for all end users.
- Troubleshoot printers and copy machines (work with external vendors)
- Troubleshoot a variety of MS XP Professional issues.
- 60% phone support and 40% desk side support
- Support their Nortel - PBX System
- Assist with asset inventory
