SQL Server DBA w/ ERP exp needed! Growth potential Boston in BOSTON, MA

Our Boston based client is looking for a qualified SQL Server 2000 Database Administrator / ERP Manager with reporting skills (i.e. Powerbuilder) to work with a team of 4 IT professionals and support a user group of 800+ people. This contract position ideally has the potential to go permanent after a short tenure as a consultant for the right individual. The user group is growing and the IT team specifically is expanding.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a go-getter with the ability to multi-task and have the following skills: (4+ years experience preferred).

Perform DBA responsibilities on a daily basis (correct errors to the database and be willing to adjust reports accordingly for staff)

ERP experience (i.e. Jenzabar, JISC portals)

Maintain and run upgrades on SQL Server 2000 database

Project Manager skills are desired as coordination and organization is key to be effective in this role

Experience with Foxpro and or Powerbuilder reporting services

Work independently; work in group (team skills)

Any scripting experience is preferred, PHP/.NET/JSP etc..
