Web Developer .NET / SQL Server , West Boston! Contract-Perm in Boston, MA

Our Boston based client is looking for a web developer who will oversee the development of interactive projects including websites, web applications, and online marketing and mobile marketing efforts. This individual needs to provide leading-edge vision and leadership for client engagements. The web/database developer must be self-motivated and self managing on projects.

Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize activities while also making sound decisions based on the known facts. Must possess excellent troubleshooting skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced atmosphere
• Excellent development skills
• Experience in Web-based services (IIS).
• Expertise with .NET and Microsoft SQL
• Programming experience in HTML (with CSS), JavaScript, VBScript, Java, or a similar environment appropriate for Internet services and web development.
• Knowledge of Collaboration Data Objects (CDO), Dynamic HTML (DHTML), XML, AJAX, Cold Fusion, Java Server Pages (JSP), Active X, and other internet technologies.
• Knowledge of Microsoft IIS and Microsoft Exchange Server.
• Knowledge of Adobe and Macromedia products such as Photoshop, Flash, etc.
• Study, research and evaluate new technologies, systems and procedures and implement and educate other agency personnel on those discoveries
