REQUIREMENTS:
· Senior-level person with senior management presence
· Broad and current healthcare industry knowledge
· Member of industry associations, community involvement, numerous contacts, etc.
· Strong MEDITECH systems implementation experience.MEDITECH training/certification preferable
· Strong experience marketing MEDITECH services
· Ability to identify service opportunities, develop proposals and close business on small to large projects, working with our national divisions/practices.
· Ability to communicate effectively at many levels within the client organization and ability to manage a client relationship and delivery of services at clients
· Ability to work in a team environment, ''team player''
· Strong, demonstrable marketing/sales experience or aptitude (must be comfortable with all types of marketing strategies, including cold calls)
· Entrepreneurial
· Travel (up to 80%)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Identifies and follows up on MEDITECH leads
· Establishes client relationships in healthcare provider market
· Responds to MEDITECH specific Requests for Information/Proposals
· Writes MEDITECH specific proposals, statements and work, and work orders
· Provides and maintains MEDITECH subject matter expertise
· Generates revenue by serving clients as a program manager and/or engagement manager on key accounts
· Generates revenue by supporting opportunities for the respective Meditech clients
· Maintains utilization while achieving sales/marketing goals.
· Mentors consultants with MEDITECH subject matter expertise
· Recruits and subcontracts consultants with MEDITECH subject matter expertise when appropriate

SKILLS:
· Delivering and/or managing consulting engagements
· Managing Projects/ Programs
· Excellent communicator (both verbal and written)
· Presenting concepts and solutions to healthcare executives
· Organized, must be able to multi-task
