Client Communication Specialist in Boston, MA

Currently, we have an exciting career opportunity for a Client Communication Specialist in our Boston, MA office.

POSITION SUMMARY:
Manages monthly, quarterly, annual and ad hoc loss report production of loss runs for assigned accounts for external clients and internal customers; assists with production and creation of presentations, reports, and spreadsheets; and assists in every part of the brokering process including preparing reports, database entry, responding to requests for data, preparation of correspondence & related activities. Serve internal clients with initiative and teamwork.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
* Prepares, develops, and creates print, electronic, and multimedia communications for mid-size to large accounts.
* Gathers and compiles information from multiple internal and external sources for reports and media materials.
* Develops consistent and appropriate layout and design for newsletters, reports, presentations and other recurring publication and media materials
* Edits and proofreads own documents, reports, and media and performs quality review of other?s work to ensure quality and adherence to department and Aon standards.
* Supports Relationship Managers, Relationship Specialists, and Syndicators in the production of client communications, including the creation of electronic market submissions, creating and maintenance of complex spreadsheets, and the implementation of charts, graphs, tables, and special effects in presentation documents.
* Prepares pre-renewal and post renewal documentation including pre-renewal marketing reports, market submissions, renewal proposals, binder books and schedules of insurance
* Creates and edits PowerPoint presentations for mid-size to large accounts.
* Produces reports, including monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc loss reports for assigned accounts and internal clients.
* Runs Loss reports using RMIS Systems for 17 insurance carriers (including but not limited to AIG, Travelers, ACE, Liberty Mutual, Zurich and others)
* Assists in the production of Stewardship Reports
* Maintains electronic client information and files.
* Maintains and archives presentations and publications and computer files for quality, accessibility and future use

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
* 3 to 5 years experience in a support position requiring advanced use of Microsoft Office products, experience in a claims or information systems environment a plus.
* Power user of Microsoft products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Project and Lotus Notes, including strong knowledge of the functionality and tools of each system (graphs, pivot tables, animation, clip art etc.)
* Proficient with data management and report generating software, including report writing
* Skills to make effective use of design and layout elements to make reports, presentations and publications more interesting and readable to support the intended message
* Knowledge of types of illustrations and graphs typically used for various purposes
* Ability to independently prioritize tasks
* Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing and clearly communicating with management and internal clients regarding deadlines and workload
* Must have strong organizational skills, an attention to detail, and a customer service focus
* Experience and proficiency using RMIS loss systems to generate loss reports and basic knowledge of insurance and claim information systems a plus.

REQUIRED EDUCATION:
* Associates degree in Business or equivalent
