C# Developer in Boston, MA

Title: C# Developer
Reports to: Managing Director, Technology
Location: Boston

Experience: Ideal candidate has 5 years of Microsoft platform software development experience. Candidate should have a working knowledge of investment data.

Key Responsibilities:

? Primary responsibility for developing user interfaces for new applications for various end users
? Define, design, implement and test applications on a Microsoft platform
? Member of team responsible for implementation of systems to support all firm's investment strategies and back office operations

Preferred Characteristics and Skills:

? Solid understanding of the business & technology.
? Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
? Detail-oriented with the ability to work in all phases of the development lifecycle.
? Knowledge of advanced programming languages and at least 2 years of C#.
? Knowledge of investment management data, including portfolio and research data, including derivatives and fixed income preferred.
? Excellent analytical and planning skills.
? Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills with a team approach.
? Must possess unquestionable integrity and ethics.


Education: College degree required. Significant course work in computer science and statistics preferred.
