The Agilysys Professional Services IT Service Management/OpenView Practice provides implementation, consulting, and advisory services to clients that address their IT Management and business needs. We are looking for experienced senior OpenView consultants that are familiar with ITIL best practices.
Requirements
- minimum 5 years of OpenView implementation experience
- technical expertise in the following OpenView products:

* Network Node Manager
* OpenView Operations for Windows
* OpenView Operations for Unix
* Smart Plug-Ins
preferable
* OpenView Performance Insight
* OpenView Internet Services
* Radia product suite
* other OpenView modules
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- experience with providing assessments and analysis
- able to provide end-user training
- demonstrated capability to work in a team environment and work independently
- able to execute and follow structured project management processes
- pre-sales capabilities
- lead projects and/or group discussions
- able to travel
- able to contribute to all parts of a solution lifecycle: pre-sales, analysis, design, implementation, project management
