As a Senior SAP CRM Service Manager with BearingPoint, you would have experience with:

* SAP processes / configuration.
* Must have completed at least 3 full lifecycle CRM go-live. Ideally as part of a full ERP scope which included CRM Sales or Service with Case Management or Record Management elements
* Must have expert competency with CRM transactions, Business Partner Management, and Case Management.
* Must have knowledge of Install Base Management, Interaction Center, Billing, CRM and R/3 projects and MM
* Need hands-on experience with CRM technology (e.g. people centric user interface, middleware connecting CRM and R/3 sales documents).


Position Description:
* Responsible for managing smaller projects or segments of larger projects.
* May have an expertise in or comprehensive knowledge of a particular technical specialty or industry.
* Has moderate to heavy contact with middle and senior level executives and the client.
* Requires proven project management skills.
* Supports practice development initiatives.
