Senior Developer in Boston, MA

The Learning and Digital Media team is looking for a Senior Developer for our Boston, Chicago or Los Angeles office. This position will be focused on web application development with ASP.Net, MS SQL Server and occasionally Flash. The Senior Developer will have the opportunity to contribute high-level technical solutions for world class clients such as HP, Nokia, Microsoft and Intel, and will work within a team of professionals dedicated to solving those client's problems with the best established and cutting edge solutions available.

Responsibilities:

- Serve as Development Lead on web application based projects

- Provide project methodology and delivery mechanisms to a team of Developers on each project

- Assist in sales related efforts by providing technical expertise and development time estimates

- Interact with clients in a confident manner, including occasional attendance in client facing meetings

Requirements:

- 2+ years technical/development experience (ASP.Net, preferably with C#, HTML, CSS, Javascript, Database design and integration using MS SQL)

- Knowledge of Flash for application development (Actionscript)

- Ability to write Functional Requirements and Technical Specification documentation

- Ability to meet day-to-day deadlines and other non-project related responsibilities in a timely manner

Additional desired skills

- Animation with Flash

- AJAX

- Knowledge of Blogging platforms (WordPress, Moveable Type)

- MS Server 2003/IIS Administration
