Prominent Boston company needs a help desk / desktop support analyst for a 2 to 3 month contract supporting their end users. Support will be both via the telephone and at the desktop.<br/><br/>All applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be authorized to work in the United States. Experience: Qualified candidates should be solid in PC and printer hardware and software support including Windows, MS-Office, and Outlook. Experience in Blackberries and Citrix would be a plus.
