Help Desk / Desktop Analyst I in Boston, MA

Our client is seeking a Help Desk / Desktop Support Analyst I to work in their Boston area location. This is a 12 month contract position with the possibility of becoming permanent. The qualified candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting problems, setting up and troubleshooting PCs, printers and software.<br/><br/>All applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be authorized to work in the United States. Experience: Qualified candidates for this position should possess solid skills in the following: Help Desk procedures, Desktop support, Windows XP, MS-Office.
