Senior Manager, Financial Applications (8961) in Boston, MA

Perot Systems Corporation is a worldwide provider of information technology services and business solutions to a broad range of clients. We are currently looking for a Senior Manager for Financial Applications to join our team in Boston, MA.

Job Responsibilities:
The leader will manage the delivery of the team's application projects. The leader will be responsible for the overall project plan, budget, structure, schedule and staffing requirements, and will manage Perot Systems, customer and third-party vendor resources while ensuring good practices in standard methodologies and processes are used throughout each project to deliver a high quality product.

The leader must also maintain frequent communications with various customer contacts. The leader will work closely with the business owners of the supported applications to assess technical impact from changes in the business environment, and recommend technical solutions to business problems. The leader will ensure the team meets all contractual service levels associated with quality estimation and incident resolution.

Required Skills:
  • Experience and focus in Hospital Revenue Cycle
  • Minimum of 5 years' leadership experience, leading diverse teams of Business and Systems Analysts
  • Experience planning and leading projects
  • Experience working with and managing relationships with 3rd party software vendors
  • Experience working within a structured Project Management Methodology environment
  • Experienced with Executive level relationships

    Desired Skills:
  • Provider healthcare environment
  • Professional services or consulting experience

    Minimum Educational Requirements:
  • Bachelor level degree in MIS, Business or related field
  • Advanced degree a plus

    Certifications or Other Professional Credentials:
  • PMP Certification
