Requirements:
Our CLIENT is seeking a SAP BW Developer to join their Enterprise Business Intelligence team located within the Corporate Information Services Department - Framingham, MA.
In this position you will responsible for the development of data models, data flow diagrams, ETL/data management, performance monitoring/tuning and system testing. You will collaborate directly with business users in order to lead the development of new and enhanced Business reporting capability.
Duties include:
- Work with internal customers to analyze and translate Business requirements and functional specifications into technical specifications, data flow diagrams and data models.
- Implement SAP standard content where possible to satisfy Business requirements.
- Design and develop custom data extracts and User exits using ABAP to source data from SAP and Non SAP systems.
- Coordinate dependent activities with various Technical leads on other teams such as Unix Admin, Database Admin, Basis Admin and SAP ECC/R3 Application development teams.
- Participate in the creation of BW development standards while adhering to Department policies, methodologies, standards and guidelines.
- Provide implementation support for new deployments.
- Proactively and effectively communicate potential problems, recommended solutions and progress.
- Work collaboratively with Project managers to develop and manage work plans.

Education
4 year degree preferred.

Experience: Skills
The candidate should have 3-5 years hands-on experience using SAP's Business Warehouse in areas such as ODS, PSA, InfoCubes, InfoQueries, InfoSet, R/3 Master and Transaction data extracts, ABAP/4 and BEX reporting. Experience with SAP-Portal, SEM and APO is a plus. Additionally this candidate must also possess good organization, communication and facilitation skills.
