Help Desk Analyst II in BOSTON, MA

Our client is seeking a Help Desk / Desktop support analyst to provide Level 2 support to end customers at their downtown Boston location. The Help Desk / Desktop support position is a 3 month contract with the possibility of converting to permanent for the right person.

Experience: Qualified candidates for the Help Desk / Desktop support position should have extensive experience in Windows 2000/XP, MS-Office 2000/2003; PC and printer hardware, software, and application programs; Relevant experience with networking technologies, remote access solutions, and Internet technologies and products; the ability to learn new technology; excellent verbal and written communication skills and problem solving/analytical skills; strong organizational skills evidenced by the ability to quickly set and adjust priorities.
