This is a permanent consulting role that allows you to live in any of the following cities: Atlanta, Boston, Charlotte, Chicago, Cincinnati, Columbus, Cleveland, Dallas, Denver, Detroit, Hartford, Houston, Kansas City, Los Angeles, Miami, Minneapolis, New York City, Philadelphia, San Francisco, Tulsa or Washington DC. You can live within a reasonable commuting distance (generally 50 miles) of one of these major airports. Weekday travel can be up to 80%-100%, with an emphasis on achieving a satisfying work-life balance.



Your role as a PeopleSoft HR ePerformance Senior Consultant requires a minimum of 4 yrs of PeopleSoft HR hands-on delivery and configuration experience including recent experience in version 8.8+. You will need full-life cycle project and configuration of the ePerformance module; 2 full lifecycles required. This includes solid understanding of HR processes. You will need the ability to resolve configuration and functional business issues across the various HR modules in a hands-on manner.

- Must have Recent Peoplesoft Functional consultant Experience.

- Working functional knowledge of Peoplesoft HCM applications

- Configuration of core HR

- Must have specifically in the ePerformance Module, including implementation, upgrade, and/or extension of existing PeopleSoft applications

- Hands-on developed project deliverables using formal/structured methodology

- Requirements definition/mapping and apply required configuration changes,

- Test plan, scenario, and script development

- Medium to large client interaction and process consulting experience

- Process definition, analysis, design, and implementation

- Training material development

- Need to have Peoplesoft version 8.8+ or above
