Desktop Support Analyst in BOSTON, MA

Our client is seeking a Help Desk / Desktop support analyst to provide Level 2/3 support to end customers at their downtown Boston location. The Help Desk / Desktop support position is a 3 month contract.

Experience: Qualified candidates for the Help Desk / Desktop support position should have extensive experience in Windows 2000 / XP, Microsoft Office 2000 / 2003; PC and MAC printer hardware, software, and application programs; intermediate experience with networking technologies such as server 2000 / 2003, active directory, exchange server, e-mail applications, excellent verbal and written communication skills and problem solving / analytical skills.
