.NET Developer for successful law firm in BOSTON, MA

Large Boston based law firm is seeking a .Net developer to join it's team. Will be responsible for determining functional and technical requirements from business stakeholders in the marketing and IT departments; write and deploy application code; create and execute test plans - track and resolve defects; and prepare and present training materials to business users for the applications you develop. This is a challenging position with room for growth. This position includes an excellent benefit package and bonus plan.
Experience: * 2+ years experience in C#, ASP.NET, MS SQL Server 2005, XML/XSLT, XHTML, JavaScript, and CSS
* Solid understanding of data/content modeling
* Strong project management skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong communication skills with an ability to convey complex ideas to a non-technical audience
* Firm grasp of object-oriented design principals and patterns
* Familiar with considerations related to web application design and development
