SENIOR QUALITY ASSURANCE ANALYST
Under minimal supervision, the Senior Quality Assurance Analyst will work with the marketing staff and systems partners to define, document and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Quality Control (QC) plans to ensure compliance with business requirements. In addition, the SQAA will analyze and audit processes and recommend improvements to increase scale and effiency.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Participate in formal reviews of business and functional requirements
Participate in UAT / QC approach, strategy and planning sessions
Create and execute UAT / QC plans based upon business requirements
Develop UAT / QC data requirements and use case scenarios
Document, maintain and monitor issues lists until resolution
Update weekly status reports and metrics
Analyze and audit processes and recommend improvements
Analyze expected vs. actual UAT / QC results
Identify UAT / QC research items, issues and problems
Document root cause analysis and business impact
Re-test UAT / QC issues and problems until resolution
Communicate UAT / QC findings and impacts to marketing staff and systems partners
Develop automated solutions for testing to increase efficiency and/or effectiveness

This position will be relocating to Smithfield RI in Summer 2008. Initially it will be in Boston.
Experience: EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 2 years software or data testing experience
Experience interpreting business requirements and specifications in order to document business use cases and scenarios in a UAT / QC plan
Experience with Fidelity's Software Delivery Methodology (FSDM) or a comparable structured software development methodology

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work effectively with cross-organizational and matrixed teams
Strong analytical, problem solving and issue resolution skills
Ability to work effectively as a member of a team or an individual contributor
Proficient using Microsoft Windows specifically Excel, Powerpoint, and Word
Experience using test tracking and automation tools (e.g. ClearQuest, Quality Center, Winrunner, QTP) and query/reporting tools (e.g. BRIO) is a plus
Ability to read and interpret SQL code is required
Experience with Unix and/or SAS is a plus
