Summary
As a PMO Lead Analyst, you will responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of all applicable Project Management related processes, tools, and templates. You will support the Senior Information Service Management team and Project Managers. You goal is to improve core competencies and to provide Best Practices, Tools, Templates, and Training within Information Services. You will set the direction for the department and will provide guidance to Project Managers on the front line. This is a very hands-on role. You will help the manager run the department.

- You are currently working as a Lead Project Manager in a PMO office
- You should be someone who has been promoted through the ranks as a Systems Analyst to Senior Analyst to Project Manager to Senior Project Manager with accomplishments as an agent for change along the way
Duties/Responsibilities
- Develops, maintains, and evolves standards, tools, templates, and documented processes for project management
- Implements and maintains the PM Methodology
- Creates and manages Change Management process for adopted artifacts
- Establishes and maintains a project management skills training program for IS
- Participates in the delivery of training to IS personnel, where appropriate
- Develops measurement and feedback tools to assess the effectiveness of project management efforts within IS. Reports findings and makes recommendations for improvements.
- Gathers project information and maintains project activity listings including enterprise-wide project timeframes and resource utilization
- Measures and reports on IS performance in delivering project-based services
- Creates and distributes Monthly Program, Portfolio, and Enterprise analysis
- Creates and maintains a central repository for all project management-related materials through the Project Office website

Experience: Required Background/Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Accounting, or related business discipline
- 7+ years up through the ranks of project management and project office experience
- You must have PMO experience with demonstrated contributions as an agent for change
- Prior experience in leading and supporting a successful PMO with similar project scope and quantity levels
Major Pluses to Have
- Big 4 Consulting Experience or consulting experience with firms such as Accenture and Sapient
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI
