ERP Supply chain Business Analyst in Boston, MA

Our client, a major leader in information technology is currently looking for a ERP Business Analyst to join their team in Boston, MA.

Job Responsibilities:

The selected candidate will be responsible for developing, administering, and supporting various modules of the Lawson ERP System, as well as ancillary responsibility for development and support of other financial applications, including Patient Keeper, within a team environment.

Provide business systems and applications analysis expertise in support of the development of new business applications.

Review system test plans and system tests modules before implementation and review end-user documentation (user guide, process flow charts, and training materials) for accuracy.

Teach end users new technology and enhancements using all appropriate communication tools as well as providing support for existing system procedures. Classifies problems as system, training, or process and recommends corrections.

Coordinate the efforts of a variety of vendors and support organizations that have responsibility for the delivery of end product.

Communicate with high level managers to determine roll out strategies.




Experience: Required Skills:

Must have 5+ years experience in applications analysis or equivalent combination of experience and education. This should include ERP systems experience with a focus on Supply Chain.

Must have Strong verbal and written communications skills.

Must have experience with dealing with conflicting priorities.

Desired Skills:

Experience with Lawson or other ERP system (with a focus on Supply Chain modules.

Experience with Lawson or other ERP system (with a focus on Supply Chain modules.

Project management experience.
