Help Desk Analyst I in Boston, MA

Our client has an immediate need for 4 Help Desk Analysts (Level 1) to assist with a 4 week project.

This position is for an entry level Help Desk analyst who is interested in working in a call center environment to assist in first level support questions about the client's role out of a new eBusiness suite.

Must be proficient with Windows, Cisco VPN and very Customer Service oriented.

There will be a script provided to all Help Desk consultants. Any issues off the script will be escalated to the on-site Sr. Level Technician.

This opportunity starts on Thursday, November 1st.

Work Hours: 3pm - 11pm
