Desktop Support Analyst in Boston, MA

One of our clients in Danvers has a need for a Desktop Support / Help Desk consultant to assist covering for one of their employees who is out on vacation for a couple weeks.

In this role the consultant would also be responsible for assisting with an office move project on Saturday, December 15th. Be a part of a small team of 2 people to assist 175 local users and up to 400 remote users. Must be skilled with supporting users remotely. All OS are Windows XP and MS Office Suite. The help desk uses TrackIT for all Help Desk issues. The majority of troubleshooting will revolve around resetting passwords, screen errors and application installations.<br/><br/>All applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be authorized to work in the United States.
