Help Desk Analyst in BOSTON, MA

One of our clients, a leader in the advertising industry is seeking a Technical Support Analyst (Desktop Support and Help Desk) to provide support to all agency end-users on a variety of technical issues.

The Technical Support Analyst will be part of a team of 4 other Desktop Support / Help Desk analysts to support 400 end users. All support will be handled desk side with very little phone support.

Experience: To be considered for this positions you must be proficient in the following areas:

- 1+ years of IT hands on experience
- Strong knowledge / understanding of MAC / Windows - hardware and OS (Operating Systems)
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with strong customer service orientation
- Ability to troubleshoot technical problems under pressure while working independently.
- High level of experience working with Microsoft Suite and Internet.
