Sr. Quality Assurance Analyst in Boston, MA

As the Desktop Support Technician, you will have previous desktop support experience and A+ Certification.



Pay Rate: $17.00



Responsibilities:

- Repairs (warranty and non-warranty) of CPUs and related equipment including servers.

- IMACs.

- Determining and maintaining stock levels of spare customer-owned peripheral parts such as keyboards, mice, external CD or DVD drives/burners, monitor stands, laptop batteries and blank optical media.

- Basic deskside support.

- Research into various issues for customers.

- Maintaining a small stock of server parts on-site.

- Co-ordinate repairs of items for remote offices. This sometimes involves systems being shipped from remote offices. Watchdog the repairs to help ensure they occur in a timely manner.

- Imaging of customer-owned CPUs for use via SMS. This uses procedures and equipment developed and provided by the customer.
Experience: Required Experience/Skills:

- Previous desktop support experience.

- A+ certification.
