The successful ASP.Net Developer will have his or her hands full with three main areas of focus: 1. New web based application development in ASP.Net, SQL Server, XML, and javascript. 2. Designing a better web based report writing application utilizing Crystal Reports and Excel. 3. Developing your own leadership skills. This is a hands on role, but qualified individuals will be given the chance to take ownership of certain projects and trade off responsibilities of project management.

Experience: * 2-3 years minimum experience in web based application development.
* ASP.Net, SQL Server, and Javascript experience is required.
* Report design experience using Access or Crystal Reports.
* XML highly desired.
* Must have excellent communication skills, positive attitude, and passion for learning new technologies.
