The successful Web Developer will have the opportunity to expand their skills in the following areas: Web Application development, intranet design, web based database management. Experience: * 2-3 years web development experience minimum.
* 2+ years of dynamic website development.
* Proficiency with the following: HTML, Javascript, ASP
* ASP.Net, XML, or Flash are big pluses.
* Previous exposure to Cold Fusion is highly desired.
* Must have motivation to learn new technologies.
* Demonstrated understanding of relational database concepts is required.
