Desktop Support Analyst in BOSTON, MA

Major organization in downtown Boston looking for level II desk side support person.
Provide desk side support on various applications, including MS Office Suite, Windows, telephone, Blackberry, and email. Provide second level support on issues escalated from the Help Desk.
Escalate problems to the appropriate Analyst, Programmer, Supervisor, or Manager when necessary. Assist with information gathering, communication, or as requested in the resolution of escalated problems.

Maintain required record keeping, including logging issues into the help desk database, reporting time, and anything else as directed.<br/><br/>All applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be authorized to work in the United States. Experience: Candidate must have strong client facing, customer service, excellent communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
