PEROT SYSTEMS CORPORATION is a worldwide provider of information technology services and business solutions to a broad range of clients. It is currently looking for a System Integration Manager to join our team in Boston, MA.

Job Responsibilities:
The Systems Integration Manager will supervise and lead the Intel/Server support team in the daily operations of the department. This person must be prepared to respond to a constantly changing list of priorities with intent to carry each task to completion. This person must be team and customer service oriented.
The successful candidate must be a "hands-on" proven technical manager, with successful accomplishments building and establish a "best in class" Server support group for a 5000+ healthcare user community. The candidate must also have a background of successfully leading a group of high calibre IT professionals in a demanding and ever changing environment. The right "technical" manager must have strong technical leadership and the ability to take ownership of technical resources, and the server enterprise. Technical skills should be represented by at least five (5) years recent "hands-on" experience in an IT technical manager/supervisor capacity, along with industry recognized certifications

Required Skills:
Mentor all engineering support personnel and assist in their professional development
Provide input to development of applications on technical issues that may result in changes/enhancements to policies and procedures.
Provide incident, trending, and problem management.
Identify and implement tools for continuous improvement and efficiency gain.
Prepares activity, service level performance, status reports and budget recommendations for assigned area
Strong customer service skills
Good writing and verbal communication skills
Strong multi-tasking abilities
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to communicate effectively to resolve business problems
Ability to resolve customer issues and provide suggestions for future enhancements to reduce the number of support calls.
Work independently as well as with other teams and business units.
Professionally manage multiple priorities
Management of people - demonstrated ability to recruit, retain, mentor, and rapidly develop people
Management of tasks - demonstrated ability to lead and direct multiple large, complex projects simultaneously
Leadership - demonstrated ability to maintain and mentor a balance of focus on quality, revenue creation, and cost management
Leadership - demonstrated ability to succeed through collaboration and timely decision making
Desired Skills:
Experience in large, multi-site corporate Windows environment
Cisco network infrastructure support.
Knowledge of Active Directory, Citrix Server, Windows Server
MCSE Certification
Healthcare experience
MCSE Certification
ITIL

Minimum Educational Requirements:
Bachelor Degree or commensurate work experience
