Help Desk Analyst II in Boston, MA

Our client, a leader in the Education industry has an immediate need for a Help Desk Support Professional.

3+ years of related Desktop or Help Desk experience in a professional services organization.

Experience: Must have:

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite, word processing, graphics, databases, electronic mail, calendaring, document management systems and general office productivity tools in a Windows environment.

- Associates Degree in a related field such as Computer Science, or equivalent technical knowledge.

- Microsoft Office Certification and A+ Certification preferred.
