PEROT SYSTEMS CORPORATION is a worldwide provider of information technology services and business solutions to a broad range of clients. It is currently looking for a Business Analyst Specialist to join our team in Boston MA.

Job Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will be responsible for developing, administering, and supporting revenue cycle applications as assigned. Responsible for identifying issues as system, training, or process related and recommend corrections. Experience with technical and/or professional billing, GE/IDX Bar and Siemens Invision systems is a plus. This position will include projects work 40% of the time and the selected candidate will assist in the development of detailed implementation and upgrade project plans in conjunction with other account team associates. When involved in project management this role will assist with coordinating unit testing of modules and software before implementation. This person will also provide after-hours “on-call” support to troubleshoot and resolve system problems escalated by the front line support team. There is a significant focus on the Patient Keeper Application used to facilitate split billing for the hospital and Physicians Organization.
To succeed, one must possess strong communications skills and experience dealing with users at all levels in a hospital setting as well as managing conflicting priorities.

Required Skills:
Minimum of 5 years experience in a BA role
Healthcare industry experience
Desired Skills:
Experience within a Hospital Revenue Cycle
Experience with Siemens Resource Scheduling, Invision Patient Management and/or GE/IDX
Strong organizational skills
Intermediate project management skills

Minimum Educational Requirements:
Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
