Web Site Designer - Permanent Role in Boston, MA

User oriented web designer needed to create design process, as well as developing innovative approaches for complex design problems.
Knowledge of information architecture, sitemaps, schematics and prototypes. Strong interpersonal communication skills for a variety of audiences including marketing and technology/development teams
Experience: Proficient knowledge of HTML, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver (or text editor), Acrobat, and ImageReady.
Understands the latest trends in website usage and UI and web 2.0 features. Savvy with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook/Entourage.
Must be an Innovative and creative thinker. Must have the ability to meet deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
Consistently produce error free documents.
Highly motivated and positive ‘Can Do’ attitude is a must.
Must have excellent communication skills and be resourceful and organized.
Must have excellent attention to detail , Ability to multi-task
BA, BFA in Web Design or equivalent.
4 plus years experience with in web design and production
