We have an immediate need for an Oracle Applications Architect.

JOB DESCRIPTION
This Application Architect will possess knowledge and leadership skills that allow him/her to assist in facilitating the integration of complex software systems. Assist business in defining functional and non-functional requirements; Work with team to move functional requirements to technical requirements; Provide leadership in planning complex systems integration projects; Support application development methodology chosen by the client; Use analytical skills to help isolate problems and provide options to resolving problems identified; Assist management in prioritizing problems based on business impact; Review/assess proposed solutions in the context of the software applications in place, and planned for in the near future; Raise issues as needed, communicate with team members.

Knowledge of version Oracle CRM 11.5.10.

Nice to have skills: Inbound Call Center for the Utility Industry experience (as an architect), Prefer to also have Oracle applications, Oracle 10gAS, Oracle 10g DB, Oracle Interconnect 9.0.2, webMethods, Mainframe, UNIX, CIS / Customer Information & Billing Systems Enterprise Bill Presentment and Payment solutions (Our client uses eDocs, which is now owned by Siebel / Oracle) CRM IVR solutions (Our client uses AT&Ts IVR) Oracle eBusiness Suite Nice to have skills: Well rounded Project Management/Technical Project Management with Leadership and development background.

Additional Comments: Resource is required on site 5 days a week.
