Tech Support in BOSTON, MA

Small private IT Services company based in Boston is looking for a mid level Tech Support person with great customer service skills to join their team, and depending upon experience level, manage up to two others. Candidates should have 2-3 years experience in a tech support role and be very comfortable working primarily over the phone and through emails. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and outstanding troubleshooting capabilities. Must be diligent in documenting cases and following up with customers promptly. Full time role (40+ hours week). Casual, but fast paced work environment located in downtown Boston. Experience: * 2- 3 years Tech Support experience. * Personable phone demeanor and patience with customers. * "Internet Email" experience is a huge plus. * Outstanding troubleshooting skills. * Leadership potential.
