Helpdesk / Desktop Support Analyst in BOSTON, MA

Our client is seeking a Help Desk / Desktop Support Analyst to work in their Boston location. The qualified candidate for the Help Desk / Desktop Support position will be responsible for troubleshooting problems both via the telephone and at the user's desktop as well as working closely with the network administrator. Some networking experience is necessary as you will be working closely with the network administrator on a number of projects. Experience: Qualified candidates for the Help Desk / Desktop Support position should have 2+ years experience, a Bachelors degree in a computer science field, and possess solid skills in the following: Helpdesk / Desktop support, Windows 2000/XP, MS-Office, and basic to mid-level networking skills on a Windows platform. To be considered for the Help Desk / Desktop Support position you must have excellent oral and written communication skills and a very professional demeanor. Additional responsibilities will include measuring, reporting, and identifying trends in call center performance, and utilizing office applications to include data into presentations and reports.
